The Capacity Principle

One framework.
Everything flows from it.

Physical capacity is the reserve available to meet life’s demands. When that reserve narrows, movement can feel harder, activity may shrink, and confidence can follow.

The direction can change. Movement returns, successful experiences accumulate, confidence grows, and the radius of life can widen again. The starting point and pace differ for everyone, but the cascade is not one-way.

The Capacity Principle is the organizing idea behind everything Reframe Aging does — from clinical assessment to workshop curriculum to the reading list. Build enough reserve to keep life expansive, and maintain it before it is needed.
